As the Sr. Finance Executive, you will assume a critical role in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the company's financial strategy. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the finance team and play a pivotal role in our company's continued success.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience in manufacturing entity.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;
• Semi Qualified CA / CA with 0-2 years experience preferred
• Experience in manufacturing entity is a must
• Proven experience as a Finance Controller or in a similar senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge on OODO and Zoho is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Budgeting and Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop annual budgets and financial plans that align with company objectives.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and liquidity to support daily operations and long-term financial stability.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and manage relationships with tax authorities.
• Internal Controls: Establish and maintain strong internal control processes to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit findings.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Financial Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of the company's financial strategy in alignment with growth objectives.
• Financial Systems: Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Budget for the role:INR 600,000 to INR 800,000 depending on prior experience and interview performance.
