Senior Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Budgeting

Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Monitor budget vs actual and provide variance analysis.

• Accounts Management

Supervise day-to-day accounting operations.

Ensure timely and accurate posting of entries, invoices, payments, and receipts.

• Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.

Present financial reports to senior management for decision making.

• Cash Flow & Fund Management

Monitor daily cash flow and working capital requirements.

Ensure adequate funds for business operations.

• Taxation & Compliance

Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations.

Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.

• Cost Control & Financial Analysis

Identify areas to minimize financial risk and reduce business cost.

Conduct profitability analysis and financial risk assessment.

• Vendor & Bank Coordination

Manage vendor payments and reconciliation.

Coordinate with banks for loan processing, BG/LC, and other financial matters.

• Team Supervision

Guide junior finance/accounts team members.

Ensure policies and processes are correctly followed.

• MIS Reporting

Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.

Monitor key financial KPIs and performance indicators.

• Support Business Decisions

Provide financial insights for business strategies and new projects.

Assist in pricing, cost evaluation, and investment proposals.
