Job Description

Role Overview

The Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for managing and ensuring timely compliance with

all statutory, regulatory, and financial requirements of the organization, including those applicable to

Private Limited Companies and Partnership Firms. The role demands strong knowledge of corporate

compliance, tax laws, statutory filings, and coordination with auditors and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Statutory Compliance (Private Limited & Partnership Firms/LLP)

  • Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns.
  • Manage compliance formalities for Partnership Firms, including deed updates, registration

changes, and other statutory documentation.

2. Taxation & Regulatory Filings

  • Prepare and file GST returns and ensure reconciliation of GST data.
  • Handle TDS/TCS compliance
  • Support in preparation and filing of Income Tax returns for the company, firm, and partners (if

required).

  • Monitor changes in tax regulations and implement updates accordingly.

3. Financial Reporting & Audit Support

  • Assist in statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit processes.
  • Ensure all compliance-related supporting documents are maintained and shared with auditors

on time.

4. Monitoring & Documentation

  • Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure adherence to all due dates.
  • Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and filing of statutory documents.
  • Implement internal control systems to strengthen compliance processes.

5. PF & ESI Compliance

  • Ensure accurate calculation and timely deposit of PF and ESI contributions.
  • Prepare and file PF (EPF) and ESI monthly returns as per statutory deadlines.

  • 6. Other Finance Functions • Support in monthly closing activities related to statutory requirements.
  • • Perform vendor compliance checks (GST, PAN, MSME updates, etc.) when required.
  • Skills & Qualifications Educational Qualification • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in statutory compliance and finance roles.
  • • Experience handling compliance for Private Limited and Partnership Firms is mandatory.
  • Salary Range To be discussed based on experience and qualification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
