Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Rao Space, a leading interior design company in Bengaluru, as a Sales Specialist - Home Interiors. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by establishing strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored interior solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential clients to comprehend their requirements, preferences, and budget, and offer expert advice on design and product choices. - Lead the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring smooth communication with clients and timely follow-ups. - Maintain a deep understanding of the interior design solutions, materials, and offerings to effectively showcase them to clients. - Collaborate closely with the design and project teams to provide customized solutions that meet client expectations. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. - Actively pursue business development opportunities through networking, industry events, and referrals. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance sales strategies. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the interior design, real estate, or home furnishing industry. - Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and build rapport with clients. - Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to close sales, handle objections, and negotiate effectively. - Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to offer personalized solutions. - Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with home interiors, furniture, and design concepts is advantageous. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. Knowledge of design tools like AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client queries and provide quick resolutions. - Team Player: Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
