Interior Design Project Manager

As an Interior Design Specialist at TappAV, you will play a crucial role in executing audio video spaces and home cinema rooms in premium homes across the country. Your responsibilities will include: - Client Consultation & Conceptualization: - Collaborate directly with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and project requirements. - Translate client needs into compelling design concepts, mood boards, and presentations with Junior Interior Designers. - Technical Design & Space Planning: - Arrange 2D and 3D designs based on client communication and commitments. - Create precise plans for seating arrangements, screen size, speaker placement, and electrical and wiring details to ensure flawless functionality and acoustics. - Material & Finish Selection: - Research, select, and specify furniture, fabrics, lighting, and other materials that are both aesthetically pleasing and acoustically appropriate. - Project Management & Coordination: - Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure design plans are executed accurately on-site. - Innovation & Trend Research: - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in interior design, home cinema technology, acoustic material/finishes, and smart home solutions. - Portfolio Management: - Maintain and build a strong portfolio of managing multiple design and execution projects. Qualifications Required: - Experience as an Interior Designer with a strong eye for design and technical proficiency. - Proficiency in professional design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering programs. - Strong understanding of space planning, lighting design, color theory, and material selection. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Exceptional project management and organizational skills. - A bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.,
