Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor located in Kolkata. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations on interior design projects, coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensure adherence to project timelines, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. The role involves supervising site activities, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring that design specifications are met. Qualifications Experience in overseeing interior design projects and site supervision Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD or similar design tools, is a plus Previous experience in luxury residential or commercial projects is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Show more Show less
