Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Kolkata. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, analyzing web traffic and campaign performance using web analytics, and overseeing various online marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include planning and creating content for digital channels, optimizing online campaigns, and ensuring effective communication with team members and clients to enhance our digital presence.

• SEO and SEM

  :

   The ability to optimize content to rank higher in search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns to increase visibility. 

• Content Marketing

  :

   Creating compelling and relevant written, visual, and video content that attracts and engages the target audience. 

• Data Analytics:

   The skill to analyze marketing data using tools like Google Analytics to understand campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. 

• Social Media Marketing

  :

   A strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and how to use them for organic reach and paid advertising. 

• Email Marketing

  :

   The ability to create effective email campaigns to nurture leads and communicate with customers. 

• AI and Automation:

   Familiarity with AI tools and automation software to streamline marketing processes and enhance customer experience. 

• Technical Proficiency:

   A foundational understanding of various digital marketing platforms, content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, and other relevant software.

• Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills
• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and managing platforms

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
• Experience in interior design or luxury property marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred

We are looking for minimum 2 years experienced candidate .

CTC will be 18K to 30K depends on experience
