Role Overview:

The Hiring Manager will be solely responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for our organization at the City Center, Gwalior location. The role requires strong networking, screening, and evaluation skills to ensure timely hiring of the right talent as per organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the complete recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and closing positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, agencies).
• Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/functional rounds.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and local talent market in Gwalior.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
• 3–6 years of proven experience in recruitment (real estate/retail/hospitality industry preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements with a result-oriented approach.
