Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hiring Manager at MAAC Bhopal, located in MP Nagar. The Hiring Manager will oversee the recruitment process, identify and onboard talented individuals, and ensure service quality through effective communication. Additionally, the role involves designing and delivering training programs to enhance team performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Strong expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and identifying suitable candidates for various roles Excellent Communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with candidates and team members Focus on Service Quality and setting standards to promote excellence in performance Proven ability to develop and facilitate Training programs for new hires and existing staff Leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve organizational objectives Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the education, training, or digital media industry is advantageous
