Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hiring Manager at our Noida office. The Hiring Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, identifying and sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and managing new hire onboarding processes. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, coordinating hiring events, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and onboarding processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and build positive candidate relationships
  • Analytical and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple hiring projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Proven experience in utilizing technology-driven recruitment tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of compliance and employment laws related to hiring and recruitment
  • Prior experience in human resources, talent management, or a related field is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
