Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.

  • Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate suitability.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, documentation, and reports.

  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Handle travel or field work when required, as per company policy.

  • Adhere to HR policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

  • Prior recruitment experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment tools.

Additional Terms

  • Three-month probation period.

  • Benefits and leave eligibility post probation completion.

  • No engagement in similar business during employment.

  • Mandatory submission of required documents at the time of joining (ID proof, educational certificates, PAN, Aadhaar, etc.).
