Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers, documentation, and reports.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Handle travel or field work when required, as per company policy.
Adhere to HR policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Prior recruitment experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment tools.
Three-month probation period.
Benefits and leave eligibility post probation completion.
No engagement in similar business during employment.
Mandatory submission of required documents at the time of joining (ID proof, educational certificates, PAN, Aadhaar, etc.).
