Job Title: Hiring Manager – Digital Marketing Industry Location: [Jaipur, Rajasthan on- site ] Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2+ years in Talent Acquisition Industry: Digital Marketing / Advertising / Media Position Overview:  As a Hiring Manager, you will lead the full recruitment cycle for various roles within our digital marketing team – including SEO/SEM specialists, content strategists, PPC experts, designers, account managers, and more. You’ll work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, craft effective job descriptions, source top candidates, and create a smooth, engaging candidate experience. Team Collaboration & Onboarding Qualifications & Skills: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a digital marketing or media agency. 3. Proven track record of successfully hiring for marketing, creative, and technical roles. 4. Strong understanding of digital marketing roles and required skill sets. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage high-volume recruitment needs.
