We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Insurance Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to develop high-performing sales professionals.
Manage and lead a team of insurance sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop sales strategies, business plans, and performance metrics for the team.
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to enhance their selling skills and productivity.
Generate leads through various channels and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of life/health/general insurance products.
