Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. Proven expertise in sourcing candidates across different levels and functions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
