Conduct interviews, coordinate with stakeholders, and negotiate job offers. Maintain recruitment metrics and generate reports to analyze hiring efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. Proven expertise in sourcing candidates across different levels and functions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills. Job Description: We are a well-established recruitment company seeking an experienced Manager HR Operations to lead and manage our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily recruitment operations, manage a team of 30 to 40 recruiters , ensure client delivery, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations across multiple domains (IT, ITeS, BPO, etc.). Allocate requirements and monitor performance to ensure timely closures. Implement strategies to improve sourcing efficiency and conversion rates. Manage client escalations and ensure high service delivery standards. Prepare and track daily/weekly/monthly performance reports. Train and mentor recruiters to enhance skills and productivity. Work closely with management to meet business goals and revenue targets. Requirements: Minimum 58 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a team management role. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Proven track record of managing large teams and meeting hiring targets. Knowledge of IT, BPO, and lateral hiring processes.
