This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring Manager, located in Dera Bassi. The Hiring Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. Daily tasks will include coordinating with department heads, identifying staffing needs, developing hiring strategies, and ensuring the organization attracts top talent. The role will also require the creation and delivery of training programs to enhance the overall service quality and support employee development.

Qualifications

Strong hiring, recruiting, and interviewing skills
Exceptional communication skills to liaise with candidates and internal teams effectively
Experience in developing and delivering training programs
Knowledge of service quality standards and practices
Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet recruitment goals
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
