About the Role:
We’re looking for a Hiring Manager who excels at interviewing and selecting the right talent to join our fast-growing advertising & digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates’ skills & cultural fit.
• Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing → interviewing → selection → onboarding.
• Collaborate with teams to design effective interview processes.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for multiple roles.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in interviewing candidates.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals & sourcing platforms.
