Hiring Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for doctors (permanent, contractual, and locum roles).
  
• Build and maintain a strong network of medical professionals and hospital partners.
  
• Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract and onboard qualified doctors.
  
• Coordinate with hospitals and healthcare clients to understand staffing needs and timelines.
  
• Manage a recruitment team and ensure timely fulfillment of doctor positions.
  
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy in CRM tools (Oorwin/ATS).
  
• Track hiring metrics, prepare reports, and share regular updates with leadership.
  
• Ensure compliance with credentialing, documentation, and onboarding requirements.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or doctor hiring.
  
• Strong understanding of medical roles, hospital operations, and staffing structures.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  
• Experience with recruitment tools, CRMs, and data management platforms.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
