Hiring Manager

About the Role

We are a growing startup looking for a Hiring Manager who can attract and hire A-class talent across all roles — from leadership to frontline staff. This role is for someone who is proactive, result-oriented, and execution-focused — not just a routine recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Design and run a structured hiring process (job scorecards, interview steps, onboarding).
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring, and other platforms.
• Track hiring metrics and improve speed and quality of hires.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates across all levels.
• Document SOPs, checklists, and processes for repeatable hiring.
• Experiment with new ways to attract top talent.

• 3–8 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

Compensation

• Base Salary: ₹6 – 10 LPA (depending on experience).
• Performance Bonus: 10–15% of CTC (quarterly), linked to speed, quality, and innovation in hiring.
• Learning & recruitment tool budgets provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
