Possess working experience in the operations department of any Housing Finance Company or NBFC, with strong exposure to housing loan and loan against property (LAP) processes. Checking of loan documentation and handle end-to-end processing of housing loan and LAP files. Manage and guide the Branch Operations Team effectively across multiple branches ensuring smooth operational workflows. Verify documents as per the companys policy and checklist standards; assist Branch Managers and Business Development Managers (BDMs) in raising and resolving queries on loan cases promptly. Identify documentation discrepancies submitted by BDMs and collaborate with Credit, Legal, and Compliance teams to resolve these queries efficiently. Prepare various MIS reports related to Lead generation, Loan Login, Sanction, and Disbursement for operational tracking and management review. Implementation of LOS for loan files movement from Lead to Disbursement. Operate the Loan Management System (LMS) for accurate data entry and coordinate with the LMS vendor to resolve system-related issues. Check physical loan files regularly and ensure all necessary documentation is correctly arranged and maintained. Manage and monitor the dispatch process for customer documentation such as welcome letters, Statements of Account (SOA), etc., ensuring adherence to internal turnaround times (TAT).
