Prep-Ally is a fast-growing education company helping students prepare for competitive exams like JEE & NEET. Our mission is to not only coach students but to deeply understand and support families with care, empathy, and professionalism.

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator who will ensure every parent and student experiences a seamless admission journey. The role requires excellent follow-up, documentation, and proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely follow-ups with parents & students (as per our Flowchart Monitoring System FMS).
  • Schedule counseling sessions and share admission fee details on time.
  • Document counseling insights through Google Forms (objections, parent mindset, key discussion points).
  • Maintain & update the Objection Handling and FAQ systems regularly.
  • Send admission test results and counseling reports to parents on time.
  • Daily planning (first 30 minutes) and disciplined execution.
  • Complete sales & marketing training programs (Udemy/internal courses) and achieve 100% scores in internal quizzes.

Key Requirements

  • Fluency in English (spoken & written) – non-negotiable
  • Graduate (BBA, MBA, Commerce, or any discipline with strong communication skills)
  • 0–3 years of experience (freshers welcome)
  • Strong follow-up and documentation skills
  • Persistence and proactivity in customer interactions
  • Ability to organize, plan, and execute tasks with discipline
  • Humble, polite, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

Compensation

2.5L – 4.8L per annum
(Freshers may start at the lower range, while candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales/CRM and strong English fluency may qualify for higher packages. Compensation will depend on skills, communication, and performance in the selection process.)
