Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive SEO Executive passionate about driving measurable results in the healthcare sector. The candidate will be responsible for full-stack SEO management—ranging from keyword research and on-page optimization to GMB management and AI overview rankings—across multiple healthcare websites.

This role demands strong ownership, technical know-how, and deep understanding of healthcare terminologies, conditions, and treatment-based keyword structures.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Execution

Conduct advanced keyword research using modifiers across specialties (e.g., TMS therapy, dental implants, cataract surgery, IVF treatments).

Develop SEO strategies for clinics, hospitals, and healthcare brands focusing on traffic growth and patient inquiries.

Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO with measurable KPIs.

Maintain and optimize 10+ SERP projects and 10–12 GMB listings concurrently.

2. Local & GMB SEO

Optimize Google Business Profiles with posts, Q&As, reviews, and local citations.

Create and manage multiple GMB listings for multi-location clinics while adhering to Google’s compliance policies.

Boost calls, direction requests, and appointment conversions from GMB insights.

3. AI Overview & GEO Ranking Optimization

Research and implement strategies to rank on Google AI Overviews and GEO surfaces.

Use AI tools to build contextual content clusters and monitor AI impression data.

4. Content & Technical Implementation

Create content briefs using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, NeuronWriter, and Frase.io.

Edit, upload, and optimize blogs, service pages, and landing pages on WordPress, React, or HTML/CSS/JS frameworks.

Ensure website speed, schema accuracy, and mobile friendliness using tools such as GTmetrix, SEOcrawl, and Usermaven.

5. Analytics, Reporting & Automation

Track and report key SEO metrics using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio.

Configure conversion tracking for forms and calls via GTM.

Automate data delivery using Albato, Pabbly, and GenSpark for monthly client reports.

Provide daily client updates on WhatsApp, weekly progress summaries, and monthly performance decks.

6. Research & Learning

Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and E-E-A-T principles for healthcare content.

Continuously learn about healthcare terminologies, medical compliance, and keyword behavior in international markets.

Use AI automation for SEO audits and workflow optimization.

Daily, Weekly & Monthly Tasks

Daily:

Keyword analysis, content uploads, backlink checks, and client updates.

Resolve technical issues and verify GA4 data.

Ensure daily activity logging in MyZen.

Weekly:

Refresh rankings, link logs, and site audits.

Share client reports, insights, and new keyword opportunities.

Conduct one client review call.

Monthly:

Submit next-month roadmap, deliver ranking report, and document AI Overview progress.

Ensure 100% client satisfaction and zero escalations.
