Role Description

• Developing and executing ad strategies for

  Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  and

  Google Ads

• Managing ad budgets and timelines efficiently

• Conducting competitor and market research to fine-tune targeting

• Creating, optimizing, and monitoring campaigns for performance

• Analyzing ad performance data and providing actionable insights

• Collaborating closely with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives

• Ensuring all campaigns are aligned with client brand guidelines and marketing goals

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of experience managing Meta & Google ad campaigns
• Strong skills in campaign setup, A/B testing, targeting, and optimization
• Proficiency in performance tracking tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads dashboard
• Ability to manage budgets and generate high ROI
• Experience in writing ad copies and briefings for visual creatives
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in healthcare or agency environments is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
