Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Ads Executive based in Gurugram . The role involves: Developing and executing ad strategies for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads Managing ad budgets and timelines efficiently Conducting competitor and market research to fine-tune targeting Creating, optimizing, and monitoring campaigns for performance Analyzing ad performance data and providing actionable insights Collaborating closely with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives Ensuring all campaigns are aligned with client brand guidelines and marketing goals Qualifications 0–4 years of experience managing Meta & Google ad campaigns Strong skills in campaign setup, A/B testing, targeting, and optimization Proficiency in performance tracking tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads dashboard Ability to manage budgets and generate high ROI Experience in writing ad copies and briefings for visual creatives Excellent communication and teamwork skills Prior experience in healthcare or agency environments is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
