We are seeking a skilled Google & Meta Ads Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving targeted traffic, generating leads, and maximizing ROI through effective ad strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
Set up and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, including audience targeting and A/B testing.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research for ad targeting.
Monitor ad performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve CTR, conversions, and ROI.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Prepare performance reports and present insights to the marketing team.
Stay updated on platform policies, industry trends, and new advertising tools/features.
Coordinate with the creative team to design high-performing ad creatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
