Job Description

We are searching for a driven Head of Talent Acquisition to take over hiring, training, and

onboarding for our company. In this role, Person will enhance and develop the organization's

ability to attract top talent from around the world. You will oversee the talent acquisition

department and manage our hiring managers and other support staff.

Key Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Head to oversee our IT hiring needs and

with an experience in people management. You will be partnering with senior business leaders

and mapping a robust strategy to attract the right talent for business needs

  • Overseeing and directly managing sourcing, hiring, and employee acquisition processes.

  • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and

graduate hiring

  • Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring

practices that support a strong candidate experience

  • Ensuring that talent acquisition projects fall in line with organizational objectives.

  • Find opportunities for continuous improvement to recruitment process to enhance

candidate and hiring manager experience recruitment strategy and demonstrates in-

depth expertise

  • Continuous development and mentoring of internal TA team and business around best

recruitment and industry practice

  • Building relationships with key stake holders in organization.

  • Partnering with the business leaders and be talent advisor to effectively fulfil their

business hiring needs

  • Participating in meetings with talent acquisition managers and other executives.


  • Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the effective sourcing and retention of

talent.

  • Creating and guiding training initiatives and education policies.

  • Should be able to bring down overall recruitment cost with optimized source mix

  • Drive the best possible high touch candidate and referral experience and develop

pipeline for the business

  • Producing regular reports on talent needs, acquisitions, and plans.

  • Presenting hiring, talent, and employment-related reports to management of the

organization.

Preferred candidate profile

Head of Talent Acquisition Requirements:

To ensure success as a Head of Talent Acquisition, you should be an experienced HR expert with a keen understanding of practices and processes involved in acquiring and nurturing talent. A top-notch Head of talent acquisition will be an exceptional leader who leverages their

knowledge and network to build the organization's potential.

  • A Post graduate degree in human resources, industrial psychology, or business

management.

  • Minimum of 10 years of previous experience within an HR/ talent acquisition-focused

role in working as a talent acquisition manager or head of talent acquisition.

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience

  • Knowledge of hiring processes, skill development, and organizational analysis

frameworks.

  • Experience in employer branding initiatives and promoting the organization as an

employer of choice.

  • Proficient in the use of computers and their software, including ATS and CRM systems

  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and

optimize recruitment processes.

  • Analytical mindset, and critical thinking abilities.

  • Skilled at negotiation, presentation, and execution.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to decision make and think critically

  • Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
