Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with Maxivisions expansion plans and clinical manpower requirements.
  • Forecast workforce needs in collaboration with medical directors, hospital administrators, and business leaders.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for ophthalmologists, optometrists, nurses, paramedical staff, hospital operations, and corporate roles.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team across locations.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in hiring efficiency and quality.
  • Build recruitment capability through training, tools, and best practices.

End-to-End Recruitment Operations

  • Oversee the complete hiring lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines (TAT), cost optimization, and hiring quality standards.
  • Drive lateral, bulk, and campus hiring initiatives as required.

Clinical & Healthcare Hiring

  • Partner closely with medical leadership for doctor and clinical hiring.
  • Manage consultant hiring models, credentialing coordination, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Build networks with medical colleges, training institutes, and professional associations.

Employer Branding & Sourcing

  • Strengthen Maxivision’s employer brand in the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Leverage digital platforms, recruitment agencies, referrals, and social media for sourcing.
  • Represent Maxivision at job fairs, conferences, and healthcare recruitment forums.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on talent market trends, availability, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Ensure excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws, hospital policies, and accreditation requirements.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as hiring costs, time-to-fill, attrition linkage, and pipeline health.
