Job Summary:

Talent Acquisition Lead / Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key contributor to the recruiting strategy team by developing and maintaining required talent capabilities
  • Create and execute global recruitment strategies for assigned functional and geographic areas
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job specification creation through candidate offer acceptance
  • Lead and manage interview processes for all assigned requisitions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to conduct detailed hiring needs assessments
  • Establish and maintain effective communication strategies with hiring managers regarding candidate status, feedback, SLAs, and next steps
  • Ensure the recruiting process is fully aligned with overall recruitment strategy
  • Manage and enhance candidate experience from initial outreach to final disposition
  • Review, improve, and optimize job advertisement strategies and sourcing channels
  • Analyze sourcing strategy effectiveness and recruitment performance metrics
  • Identify and recommend continuous process improvements and best practices
  • Maintain expert knowledge of talent acquisition trends, policies, and processes
  • Conduct benchmarking activities to ensure competitive hiring practices
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand and positive online presence across digital recruitment platforms
  • Actively develop and manage talent pools for assigned functions or geographies
  • Coach, mentor, and support junior recruiters as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in

    Human Resources, Marketing, or related field

  • Proven recruiting experience in corporate or agency environments
  • Hands-on experience with

    Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Strong ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
  • Experience setting, managing, and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data-driven approach to sourcing and recruitment strategy

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing global or multi-location hiring
  • Strong employer branding and digital recruitment exposure
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments
