OneTool Unit > Tools Strategy Office > Tools Operational Readiness The main focus area for Tooling Baseline package team in Tools Operational Readiness is Performing the Maturity Assessments for the Tooling Deliverables needed for Construction and Service Value chain in the NPI Projects and ensure mitigations are implemented to reach 95% maturity by TR6. Securing optimal score for the overall deliverables contributing OTiF(On Time In full) Delivery. Responsibilities Identifying the Key Deliverables for each tools and scoping them for the assessments Performing the assessments based on the scales and metrics provided. Align with VPS TCM sub module based on the assessments and work on mitigations to improve the scores. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve conflicts and shall escalate the issues in right time. Participation in Cross functional reviews for the design Change Notice relevant for the tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent experience with Mechanical background. Experience with working in Service business is Beneficial. Experience in planning day to day activities and managing stakeholders. Competencies Good knowledge in reading Technical drawings, Structure of a 3D model and supporting documents for the tools. Good IT skills besides MS Office, (Teams, Outlook; Word /excel); PTC Creo(Especially Creo View), Windchill, SAP. Strong Interpersonal skills in terms of good communication and managing work relationship with across border stakeholders. We expect you to be a strong team player with structured way of working and analytical thinking. Self driven, to work independently with minimal supervision.
