Lead - Talent Acquisition

Role Overview

As a Lead Talent Acquisition, you will own end-to-end recruitment for semi techno-functional roles, partner closely with business stakeholders, and build strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring for niche roles (product, analytics, operations, sales support, program management, etc.)
  
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
  
• Drive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels
  
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and high-impact roles
  
• Manage stakeholder communication and hiring metrics (TAT, closure rate, quality of hire)
  
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters to improve sourcing effectiveness
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
  
• Support employer branding and hiring initiatives
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on semi techno-functional hiring
  
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative hiring approach
  
• Hands-on sourcing expertise using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
  
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
