About the Role As Manager/Senior Manager – Human Resources, you will play a central role in shaping how we attract, develop, and grow the incredible people at FYERS. Use data and insights to guide workforce planning, engagement, and retention strategies with head of HR. Lead org-wide succession planning and talent reviews to strengthen our leadership bench. What You Bring 8–15 years of HR experience with excellent exposure to HRBP and L&D roles. Demonstrated ability to build systems, frameworks, and programs from scratch.
