Lead - Talent Acquisition

Roles & Responsibilities

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  , ideally within a fast-paced engineering, technical, or high-growth environment.
• Strong background in

  engineering and technical hiring

  , including high-volume, project-based, or campaign-based recruitment.
• Deep expertise in sourcing strategies for various platform.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
• Highly proactive and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and recruitment best practices.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and the ability to quickly learn new recruiting tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite or similar platforms.

Necessary Requirements

• Minimum

  10+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment across all phases

  , with leadership or senior-level hiring responsibilities.

• MBA in Human Resource Management

  degree in Engineering
