We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the human resources function for a growing real estate organization. The role requires hands-on expertise across recruitment, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement, with a strong understanding of site-based and corporate workforce dynamics. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate office, project sites, sales, CRM, engineering, and support functions Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks aligned with labor laws and company objectives Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws, contractor compliance) Oversee payroll coordination , attendance, leave management, and HRMIS Drive performance management systems , appraisals, KPIs, and goal setting Handle employee relations , grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and exits Support leadership in organizational structuring, manpower planning, and succession planning Build a strong employer brand and improve employee engagement and retention Coordinate HR requirements for multiple project sites and allied businesses (sales offices, hospitality units, etc.) Desired Candidate Profile Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations 510 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
