Head of Supply Chain Management

With a strong national footprint and a reputation for reliability, we are looking to strengthen our leadership team to support our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning

1. Develop and execute the national supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
2. Forecast demand trends and optimize inventory across hubs in key metros and state capitals.

• Operations Management

1. Oversee end-to-end logistics – sourcing, warehousing, and last-mile delivery to over 500 hospitals.
2. Ensure compliance with cold chain and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical logistics.
3. Streamline procurement and vendor management processes to improve turnaround time and cost efficiency.

• Technology & Process Improvement

1. Implement and monitor ERP-based inventory and order management systems across the network.
2. Drive digitization initiatives to improve tracking, documentation, and performance reporting.

• Team Leadership

1. Lead a geographically dispersed team across supply chain offices (Delhi, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Pune, Raipur).
2. Foster a performance-oriented culture and develop strong second-line leadership.

• Stakeholder Coordination

1. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, regulatory) and external stakeholders (vendors, transporters, warehousing partners).

Key Requirements:

• Experience:

At least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-location supply chain operations.

• Education:

Graduate

MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.

• Skills & Attributes:

Experience with ERP/SAP systems and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with national travel as required.
