You will be responsible for conducting AEP assessment of operational WTG assets in their as-built plant configuration, considering wake effects, environmental impacts, and their influence on wind generation performance. Additionally, you will be analyzing the performance of WTGs in operational plants. Your role will involve supporting in the preparation of O&M generation budget and creating DPRs for wind and hybrid projects to secure project funding. You will be conducting yield assessments and site suitability evaluations to ensure wind turbine models are suitable for recommended sites. Furthermore, you will be tasked with organizing and evaluating technical due diligence outcomes of various OEMs and wind turbine models. This includes validating micrositing, obstacle, and terrain for wind resource assessment. You will also be responsible for energy yield assessment for both wind projects and the wind component in hybrid projects. Maintaining the company's Wind resource database and being proficient in global virtual wind database systems is crucial for this role. You should have expertise in utilizing software such as windPRO, WAsP, Openwind, or similar open-source programs. Your responsibilities will also include performing and assessing Power curve verification for different models and OEMs. Conducting site audits independently to evaluate sites for generation improvement will be part of your duties.,
