Motivate team members to deliver as per management directives.

Organize meetings with the vendor / consultants at a common place to cut short delays.

Thoroughly aware of AC / DC side of Solar Engineering + BESS & auxiliary system engineering.

Optimize cost/Cost reduction

Value engineering.

Keep abreast with latest technological trends.
