We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic professional to join our leadership team as Associate Vice President – Supply Chain & Operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in 3PL manufacturing, raw material and packaging procurement, cost optimization, inventory management, and fulfilment strategies, preferably within the beauty industry.
This role demands strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong leadership to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction across the supply chain.
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain and operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in 3PL manufacturing management; beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong experience in procurement, cost negotiations, and vendor management.
• Hands-on expertise in inventory forecasting, replenishment, and optimization.
• Deep understanding of S&OP and CPFR processes.
• Experience in network and channel planning.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
