Job Description

Our client is India’s leading luxury silver jewellery brand. They are hiring a Head of Supply Chain (Excl. Procurement) to lead and streamline end-to-end supply chain operations including production planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, vendor coordination (post-procurement), and distribution to stores and online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate production with sales forecasts, promotions, and launches
Manage inventory across stores, warehouses, and online channels; reduce dead stock and optimize stock turns
Oversee warehouse operations, distribution hubs, and secure dispatch to stores and customers
Supervise logistics including inbound, outbound, last-mile delivery, and SLA management
Implement SOPs, leverage tech (ERP/WMS) for visibility, track KPIs like TAT, OTIF, shrinkage
Collaborate with sales, retail ops, marketing, and merchandising; support store expansion

Requirement:

Candidate must be from Jewellery industry
10+ years of experience
