Head of Supply Chain Management

As the Supply Chain Head, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic supply chain planning aligned with business objectives. This includes demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure accurate inventory planning. You will be responsible for overseeing operations and logistics, managing logistics partners, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Additionally, you will supervise warehousing, distribution networks, and transportation scheduling to optimize operational efficiency. Leading B2B supply chain workflows and supporting the integration and scaling of e-commerce platforms will be key aspects of your role. You will spearhead Uniware implementation, drive configuration, customization, user onboarding, and reporting automation to ensure system adoption and continuous process improvement. Managing supplier relationships, procurement processes, and alternate sourcing strategies will be vital in maintaining supply continuity and cost optimization. You will also monitor and optimize inventory levels, implement cycle counting, and utilize ABC analysis to reduce stock-outs and obsolescence. Utilizing data-driven analysis and reporting through KPIs, you will generate insights to guide decision-making processes. Leading continuous improvement initiatives, risk management, and team leadership will be essential in fostering a collaborative and efficient supply chain environment. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics roles, with a strong background in e-commerce and B2B operations. Prior experience with Uniware is highly preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field is required, while an MBA or advanced degree will be considered a plus.
