Designation : Sales Location : Kalyan East

Experience (in years) Min 3-4 years as Sales Head (15-18 Yrs in Industry) ( The candidate should have experience leading Sales across multiple Sites in KDMC

Competencies

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for all the projects -sites, emphasizing lead generation /sourcing, customer engagement, and closures.
  • Identify and tailor sales pitches for specific buyer profiles to optimize appeal.
  • Oversee daily sales operations, track site traffic, and apply strategies to boost footfall and conversion rates.

Sites Management and Customer Experience:

·        Oversee the customer experience on-sites by establishing a seamless customer engagement flow and setting up proper end to end customer management process.

·        Develop and execute strategic initiatives to attract and manage clients, identifying key opportunities and tailoring engagement efforts to different client needs and occasions.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, including Closing, Sourcing, and Pre-Sales teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and coach team members to enhance skills and performance
  • Implement training programs to strengthen product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Channel Partner Management:

·        Support the sourcing leadership/team in organizing training and incentive programs for channel partners to enhance project knowledge and drive engagement.

·        Monitor channel partner activities, assisting them in managing client expectations and ensuring smooth deal closures.

·        Ensure channel partners receive full support and services, maintaining 100% compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor key sales metrics, including footfall, lead conversion rates, and generated revenue & cash flow management
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and effective strategies for improvement.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management, offering insights on Sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor analysis & overall cash flows.

Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:

  • Track the competitive landscape, including pricing, amenities, and comparable projects.
  • Collect feedback from CPs, visited customers to refine sales approaches and better meet customer expectations.
  • Stay informed on local / competitive real estate trends to leverage opportunities and strategically position the project

Collaboration with Other Departments

·        Work closely with other departments, including CRM & Marketing, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Compliance Management :

·        Adherence to Legal and Regulatory Requirements

·        Data Privacy and Client Confidentiality

·        Transparency and Ethical Sales Practices


Educational/professional qualification required

  • Graduate ( Mandatory ) / MBA- Preferred
  • Prior work experience with a real estate company mandatory, with a developer.
