ROLE DESCRIPTION:

full-time, on-site leadership role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement

  sales strategies

  aligned with Raheja Developers’ business goals.
• Identify and capitalize on

  new market opportunities

  for expansion.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a

  high-performance sales team

  with defined KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with

  HNIs, NRIs, institutional clients, and channel partners

  .
• Drive high-value negotiations and

  close luxury property deals

  .
• Achieve

  monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

  .
• Collaborate with

  marketing, operations, and project teams

  for seamless execution.
• Ensure effective adoption of

  CRM/sales tools (Farvision preferred)

  for pipeline tracking and reporting.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree

  (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 15–20 years of sales experience

  , including at least

  5+ years in a senior leadership role

  in real estate.
• Proven success in

  luxury and high-ticket property sales

  .
• Deep knowledge of

  real estate sales processes

  (residential & commercial).
• Strong

  leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

  .
• Ability to

  deliver results under pressure

  and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in

  Farvision

  will be an added advantage.
