Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Human Resources (HR VP) at Raheja Developers Ltd., located in Gurugram. The HR VP will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include developing HR strategies, managing employee benefits, driving professional development programs, and ensuring a positive work environment that aligns with the company's goals and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance and Investments
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate sectors
• Expertise in Due Diligence processes
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
