Head of Sales / Business Development Europe & UK Market


About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales/Business Development to spearhead our growth in the Europe & UK markets. The role requires a seasoned leader with proven expertise in B2B sales, IT staff augmentation, outsourcing, and enterprise solution selling. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our footprint across key sectors including IT, Consulting, BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.

This is a senior leadership position where you'll set strategy, own the sales pipeline, and lead engagements with C-level stakeholders across Europe and the UK.


Work/Position Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Work Mode: WFO (5 days/week)

Position/Designation: VP, Sales/Business Development

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Shift Timings: 12-9 PM IST

Work Location: Sector-132, Noida


Key Responsibilities


Market Expansion: Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand business across Europe & UK, targeting enterprise and mid-market clients.

Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and close new opportunities with CTOs, CIOs, CHROs, and Procurement Heads.

Revenue Growth: Own P&L responsibility for the region, consistently achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.

Partnerships: Build strong channel and strategic partnerships to accelerate market entry.

Solution Selling: Present and position IT staff augmentation, remote developer teams, and outsourcing solutions with a consultative approach.

Leadership: Build and mentor a sales team (inside sales, account executives, SDRs) as the business scales.

Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums across Europe & UK.

Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline visibility in CRM, with regular forecasting and sales reports to leadership.


Requirements


Experience: 10+ years of proven sales leadership, with at least 5 years in IT outsourcing/staff augmentation/enterprise software sales.

Network: Strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in Europe & UK.

Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing large enterprise deals (500K 5M+).

Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT outsourcing, staff augmentation, managed services, and enterprise procurement processes.

Skills: Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, and communication skills.

Leadership: Ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.

Location: Europe/UK-based (or willing to relocate/travel extensively).
