Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Brand Activation Manager located in Mumbai, with some flexibility for work from home. The Brand Activation Manager will be responsible for planning and executing brand activation activities, managing brand communications, event planning, and supporting sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with different departments to create cohesive marketing strategies, organizing events, and analyzing market trends to optimize brand positioning. About the Role At Bubz, marketing isn’t just digital — it’s experiential . We want someone who can make noise across media, social, and on-ground . As our Marketing & PR Specialist, you’ll lead storytelling, campaigns, and activations — turning Bubz into India’s most visible, talked-about, and loved soda. Key Responsibilities Design & execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline. Lead PR efforts — build media relations, secure features, manage press releases. Manage on-ground marketing : pop-ups, café collabs, college fests, seeding events, lifestyle partnerships. Drive brand partnerships with gyms, restaurants, bars, and lifestyle brands. Work with the content & creative team to deliver campaigns that match Bubz’s tone. Ensure smooth execution of collaborations & sponsorships with measurable impact. As HORECA & Partnerships Manager, you’ll be the front-line dealmaker bringing Bubz into the restaurant and lifestyle ecosystem. From convincing chefs and mixologists to add Bubz cocktails, to partnering with gyms and boutique cafés, you’ll make sure Bubz becomes the go-to healthy soda + mixer in India.
