HoReCa and Partnerships manager

Role Overview: As the HORECA & Partnerships Manager at Nutrinectar Enterprises LLP, your role is crucial in expanding the presence of Bubz, India's first zero-sugar, prebiotic soda, in the restaurant and lifestyle ecosystem. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with various establishments, pitching Bubz as a menu feature, driving partnership deals, training staff, tracking sales data, and representing Bubz at events. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage relationships with restaurant groups, bars, cafs, gyms, and hotels. - Pitch Bubz as a menu feature for cocktails, mocktails, mixers, bundles, or standalone cans. - Drive partnership deals including collaborations, happy hours, seasonal menus, and co-branded events. - Train bar teams, servers, and caf staff on serving Bubz and communicating its benefits. - Ensure a steady reorder flow and coordinate smoothly with operations and logistics. - Track sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to scale partnerships across cities. - Act as the face of Bubz at events, tastings, and industry mixers. Qualifications Required: - 1-4 years of experience in HORECA sales/business development within the beverages, F&B, or FMCG industry. - Strong existing network with restaurant owners, chefs, and bar managers is highly advantageous. - Confident and high-energy communicator capable of pitching at both the boardroom and bar counter. - Creative mindset for co-building menu ideas, cocktails, and activations. - Hustler mentality with the ability to chase deals, follow up, and close partnerships independently.
