Key Responsibilities

• Design & execute 

  marketing campaigns

   across digital, social, and offline.
• Lead 

  PR efforts

   — build media relations, secure features, manage press releases.
• Manage 

  on-ground marketing

  : pop-ups, café collabs, college fests, seeding events, lifestyle partnerships.
• Drive 

  brand partnerships

   with gyms, restaurants, bars, and lifestyle brands.
• Work with the 

  content & creative team

   to deliver campaigns that match Bubz’s tone.
• Ensure smooth execution of 

  collaborations & sponsorships

   with measurable impact.
• Track ROI for campaigns & events — data + creativity.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years in 

  marketing/PR/brand activations

  , ideally in FMCG, beverages, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience in 

  managing events, partnerships, and influencer programs

  .
• A mix of 

  storyteller + operator

  : can pitch Bubz to media one day and run a pop-up the next.
• Strong network in media, F&B, or lifestyle spaces is a big plus.
• High-energy, experimental, and thrives in fast-paced startups.
