Role Description

We’re not just selling cans — we’re building a culture. Bubz should be on menus, in cocktails, behind bars, and served at cafés and gyms across India. That’s where you come in.


As HORECA & Partnerships Manager, you’ll be the front-line dealmaker bringing Bubz into the restaurant and lifestyle ecosystem. From convincing chefs and mixologists to add Bubz cocktails, to partnering with gyms and boutique cafés, you’ll make sure Bubz becomes the go-to healthy soda + mixer in India.


Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with restaurant groups, bars, cafés, gyms, and hotels.

• Pitch Bubz as a menu feature: cocktails, mocktails, mixers, bundles, or standalone cans.

• Drive partnership deals (collabs, happy hours, seasonal menus, co-branded events).

• Train bar teams, servers, and café staff on how to serve Bubz and talk about its benefits.

• Ensure steady reorder flow and smooth coordination with ops/logistics.

• Track sales data, build reports, and share insights to scale partnerships across cities.

• Act as the face of Bubz at events, tastings, and industry mixers.


What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years in HORECA sales / business development (beverages, F&B, FMCG).

• Strong existing network with restaurant owners, chefs, bar managers is a big plus.

• Confident, high-energy communicator who can pitch at both boardroom and bar counter.

• Creative mindset to co-build menu ideas, cocktails, and activations.

• Hustler mentality — chasing deals, following up, and closing without hand-holding.
