As the in-house Videographer & Editor, you’ll capture, edit, and deliver compelling video/photo content that fuels the storytelling of Bubz and Filo. From shooting high-energy reels to product photography, from behind-the-scenes brand stories to launch campaigns — you’ll shape how our brands look, feel, and connect with audiences.This isn’t a 9–5 desk job. It’s a startup gig where every day looks different — one day you’re shooting lifestyle content with influencers, the next you’re editing an ad campaign, then hopping onto an event floor to cover a pop-up. If you’re scrappy, innovative, and obsessed with making content that pops, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities• Videography & Photography• Shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video and photo content for digital campaigns, social media, e-commerce, PR, and events.• Capture product shots, lifestyle imagery, influencer collaborations, and event coverage.• Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and aesthetics.• Content Editing• Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, TikTok, and ads — snappy, thumb-stopping, and trend-savvy.• Apply motion graphics, typography, and sound design to elevate storytelling.• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form formats.• Creative Input• Work closely with the Marketing & Brand team to brainstorm campaign ideas.• Contribute to storyboarding, shot lists, and creative direction.• Stay on top of content trends, editing styles, and visual storytelling in the F&B/D2C space.• On-Ground Execution• Be present at brand activations, events, and shoots to capture real-time moments.• Manage equipment setup, lighting, and sound to deliver professional-grade output.Requirements• 1–3 years of experience in videography, editing, or photography (startup/D2C/F&B experience is a plus).• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop (or equivalents).• Ability to conceptualize and execute both product-centric and lifestyle content.• Comfort with fast turnarounds and working in a dynamic, startup environment.• A portfolio that showcases storytelling, editing flair, and visual creativity.• Bonus: Knowledge of animation, 3D, or motion graphics.Key Skills• Videography & photography (studio + lifestyle)• Video editing (short-form + long-form)• Motion graphics & sound design• Creative direction & content ideation• Social media trend awareness• Event coverageWhy Join Us?• Work directly on two disruptive consumer brands redefining beverages & chocolates in India.• Creative freedom — we’re building fresh, bold, unapologetic content, not cookie-cutter ads.• Flexible, collaborative, high-energy startup culture.• Be part of the core team shaping the visual identity of Bubz & Filo.KPI Metrics• Volume & quality of content produced (X photo/video assets per week).• Growth in engagement metrics across social platforms.• Turnaround speed on edits & campaigns.• Creative innovation (new formats, trend adoption, storytelling impact).
