About the Role

Head of People & Culture will lead the global people and culture function for a fast-growing IT Services & Consulting organization of ~100 employees across Europe and APAC. This role is responsible for driving the company’s people strategy, building a high-performance culture, strengthening talent capabilities, global compliance and ensuring excellence in core HR processes across all operating regions.

The ideal candidate is a senior people leader with strong experience in global workforce management, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement—preferably in technology services or management consulting organizations.


Responsibilities:


People Strategy & Organization Design

  • Develop and execute the company’s global People Strategy aligned to business goals and growth ambitions (delivery centres, client-facing roles, niche skills).
  • Define career frameworks, competency models, and progression paths for tech & consulting roles.
  • Partner with executive leadership to support business growth, workforce structure, capacity planning and people development.
  • Drive cultural transformation, change management, and leadership alignment across regions.


Talent Management & Acquisition

  • Build robust global talent acquisition frameworks for IT consulting, tech services, and niche skills.
  • Lead leadership hiring, succession planning, and internal mobility programs.
  • Create high-impact learning, development, and capability-building strategies.


Culture & Engagement Building

  • Lead culture-building initiatives focused on performance, accountability, and client-centricity.
  • Run annual and quarterly engagement surveys; drive action plans with leadership.
  • Implement leadership development programs for across all levels.
  • Build recognition and communication programs that reinforce company values.


People Operations & Governance

  • Define company’s people policies in line with industry’s best practices and local laws.
  • Oversee people operations, including payroll governance, compliance, HRIS, and global policy alignment.
  • Ensure adherence to local labour laws across multiple geographies (Europe, APAC, MENA, etc.).
  • Implement standardized processes with a focus on efficiency, automation, and employee experience.
  • Act as escalation point for complex ER/IR matters.


Performance Management

  • Design and implement an effective performance management framework across regions.
  • Lead goal-setting, competency frameworks, OKRs/KPIs, and appraisal cycles.
  • Coach managers on performance processes, feedback mechanisms, and development plans.
  • Govern execution of performance management processes across the organization.


Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, project leaders, delivery heads, and regional managers.
  • Support client-facing people requirements, onsite resource management, and project workforce scalability.
  • Facilitate support as strategic advisor for people related request during global bids and RFPs (people strategy, staffing models, compliance).


Required Skills


  • 15+ years of progressive people & culture leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
  • Experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Technology industry is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of leading HR functions across multiple geographies (Europe/APAC preferred).
  • Strong understanding of global HR compliance, performance management, and talent strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving environment.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience scaling teams in high-growth consulting or delivery environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR dashboards and people analytics.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to work with distributed and multicultural teams.
  • High emotional intelligence, credibility, and people-centric leadership style.


Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent (preferred).
  • Additional certifications (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) are an advantage.
