Job Description

Role Overview: As the Head of Human Resources at Codeyoung, you will play a crucial role in building and leading the HR function. Your responsibilities will include leading and developing the HR team, driving recruitment for mid-to-senior level talent, cultivating a performance-driven culture, implementing data-driven HR practices, and serving as a strategic partner to the leadership team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead & Develop HR Team: Grow, mentor, and guide a team of HR professionals to achieve hiring and retention objectives. - Master Recruiter: Personally oversee recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions, ensuring high-quality hires for leadership roles. - Build Culture: Collaborate with leadership to foster a performance-driven, happy, and collaborative work environment. - Analytics & Processes: Establish data-driven HR practices, create dashboards, and implement processes to enhance hiring, engagement, and retention effectiveness. - Retention & Engagement: Utilize insights to proactively manage attrition, drive employee engagement activities, and enhance the overall employee experience. - Project Management & Ownership: Lead HR initiatives from inception to completion with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution discipline. - Strategic Partner: Offer strategic guidance to the leadership team on people strategy and organizational design. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 7-12 years of HR experience, with a background in senior HR leadership roles in organizations with at least 200+ employees. - Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and developing HR teams. - Recruitment Expertise: Ability to recruit top talent at mid to senior levels in fast-paced or startup environments. - Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using data to address challenges and make informed decisions in recruitment, engagement, and retention. - Process Orientation: Strong belief in structured processes while maintaining agility for a growing startup. - People & Culture Focus: Skill in balancing a performance-driven culture with employee satisfaction and development. - Project Management Skills: Exceptional ability in ownership, planning, and execution to deliver impactful HR initiatives.,
