Job Description

As a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources at Codeyoung, you will have the opportunity to build and lead the HR function, shaping a performance-driven yet engaging culture at the company. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Lead & Develop HR Team: You will be responsible for growing, mentoring, and guiding a team of HR professionals to meet hiring and retention goals. - Master Recruiter: Personally drive recruitment efforts for mid-to-senior level talent across functions, ensuring top-quality hires for leadership roles. - Build Culture: Collaborate closely with leadership to design and nurture a performance-driven, happy, and collaborative workplace. - Analytics & Processes: Establish data-driven HR practices by developing dashboards and processes to measure and enhance hiring, engagement, and retention effectiveness. - Retention & Engagement: Utilize insights to proactively address attrition, conduct employee engagement initiatives, and enhance overall employee experience. - Project Management & Ownership: Drive HR initiatives from start to finish with a high level of ownership, accountability, and execution discipline. - Strategic Partner: Act as a key advisor to the leadership team on people strategy and organizational design. In order to excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: - Experience: 7-12 years of HR experience, including senior HR leadership roles in organizations with at least 200+ employees. - Proven Leadership: Demonstrated track record of leading and developing HR teams effectively. - Recruitment Expertise: Ability to recruit top talent at mid to senior levels in fast-paced or startup environments. - Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using data to solve problems and drive decisions related to recruitment, engagement, and retention. - Process Orientation: Strong belief in structured processes, while maintaining agility for a growing startup. - People & Culture Focus: Capability to balance a performance-driven culture with employee happiness and growth. - Project Management Skills: Exceptional ownership, planning, and execution abilities to deliver impactful HR initiatives.
