What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Develop HR Team

    : Grow, mentor, and guide a team of HR professionals to deliver on hiring and retention goals.
  • Master Recruiter

    : Personally drive recruitment for mid-to-senior level talent across functions, ensuring top-quality hires for leadership roles.
  • Build Culture

    : Work closely with leadership to design and nurture a performance-driven, happy, and collaborative workplace.
  • Analytics & Processes

    : Establish data-driven HR practices, building dashboards and processes to measure and improve hiring, engagement, and retention effectiveness.
  • Retention & Engagement

    : Use insights to proactively address attrition, run employee engagement initiatives, and improve overall employee experience.
  • Project Management & Ownership

    : Drive HR initiatives end-to-end with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and execution discipline.
  • Strategic Partner

    : Act as a key advisor to the leadership team on people strategy and organizational design.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience

    : 7–12 years of HR experience, including senior HR leadership roles in organisations of at least 200+ employees.
  • Proven Leadership

    : Strong track record of leading and developing HR teams.
  • Recruitment Expertise

    : Demonstrated ability to recruit top talent at mid to senior levels in fast-paced or startup environments.
  • Analytical Mindset

    : Skilled at using data to solve problems and drive decisions in recruitment, engagement, and retention.
  • Process Orientation

    : Strong belief in structured processes, while keeping agility intact for a growing startup.
  • People & Culture Focus

    : Ability to balance performance-driven culture with employee happiness and growth.
  • Project Management Skills

    : Exceptional ownership, planning, and execution ability to deliver impactful HR initiatives.
